slow loss

very little commitment needed this week.  feels good, man.  probably work on the last of polishing my tracks up to send out to labels, drink a growler of some gnarly chocolate brown ale i got at a rad brewpub in chicago, solder my space lights, drink with cousin wednesday night, see little wings thursday night, finish my beer bottle cap project, and zone out with chris and mitch on the weekend.  possibly go hiking saturday during the day regardless of cold.  then two weeks of shit after this.

my recent excursions in the realm of zoning out.

my first vibrational healing session with my friend john.  he was off camera meditating and zoning out.

after this session, i solely believe in the works of vibrational healing via sound.  i havent yet tried anything with colors or light yet, but hopefully within the future. 

even though i was aware of my surroundings with open eyes the length of the session, i was definitely in a meditation state of mind; making the seamless soundscaped music without putting much thought into what i was doing. 

if anyone is up for a vibrational healing session, let me know!
