this. being positive is something people always strive for, but you are not living in the moment by intentionally striving for that mentality. to just be will bring you peace and manifest itself in you. you wont be aware of this peace, because you will be in that moment without trying to analyze if you are there or not, if you are happy or not. i know from first hand experience. :)
