My Time studio project featured at the 144 Fulton gallery during Art Downtown Grand Rapids on April 13th 2012.

Fight or Flight is my attempt to express the internal strife experienced during an anxiety attack. Using video, found footage and sounds; I try and give the viewer some idea of what such an experience is like. 

Featuring Ian Sarnicola with music by Derek Thompson and Kyle Landstra.

i just uploaded the first three tracks to my third upcoming release within the month or so.  ’look inward’ double cassette released on diatom bath tapes! derek did all of the artwork for this album.  he did such a righteous job with the entire layout, i am extremely stoked to see what everything will look like in person! click through to listen to ‘mandala unfolding,’ ‘peripheral visions,’ and ‘sacred grotto.’
